Polished Stone Card

Second post today!  Please scroll down for the Frosted Designs Challenge Post.
Background is Made With Alcohol Ink on Glossy Cardstock
One of the great things about the polished stone technique is that it is always different each time you do it.  It is impossible to recreate the exact same look because of how the ink is placed on the applicator and because it is applied on the paper by hand, not machine.  I love doing this because it is so fun.  And fast!  For this background I used Adirondack's Red Pepper, Stream, and Pearl alcohol inks.
Spellbinders Die Layered On Fussy Cut Star Banner
The bunting/banner are stamped images and fussy cut.  Unfortunately, the set is retired from CTMH.  The "Celebrate" sentiment is from the Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge set. The three die cut stars were cut with the Cricut.  The fuzzy red fiber is from my old SU! stash.

I hope you have a great day celebrating the 4th tomorrow!

Thank you for visiting today!
